Have a drink @ your library!
The Library has a reputation for being a safe place where the employees protect your privacy. Apparently this goes for people who receive heck for drinking (whatever the reason).
The can was found empty, sitting on a toilet in the men's restroom.
You know...no one mentioned offering an open bar at the new branch....

That is awesome! I found an empty (small plastic about 12 oz.) vodka bottle a few weeks ago at my branch.
Maybe it's the same guy...
